A fantastical, mechanical, victorian, steampunk outfit. Highly detailed textures and prim parts! Dress is made up of several layers of highly polished and rusted metal flexi skirts, which can be worn long or short. The bodice and stockings can be worn with or without the metal skin. Upper sleeves are animated with clock-work, music box-like parts, and the bottom sleeves hang loose from the elbow. The waist is encircled with rings of metal, and the front detail shows the inner workings of cogs and gears. The back is detailed with metal plates laced together with wires, revealing more gearworks beneath. There is a high metal prim collar with flexi wire detailing. The waist cincher continues on to the short upper skirt, which has lots more layers of flex and stiff polished metal. The long open lower skirt has rusted gear detailing, and can be detached if you want to wear just the mini. The stockings are twisted wire mesh attached to a metal garter belt. They can be worn with or without the metal skin beneath. The outfit includes matching sculpted boots, detailed with twisted wire and polished metal, with straps around the foot and ankle. Also included is a small steamy top hat detailed with more flex wire. The outfit is finished off with a mon-ocular viewing device with a camera lens and enviro-sensors (aka Eyelashes). This is a fantastic outfit, with lots of flexibility.

I am very very pleased to announce that we have two new free gifts available in the shoppe. For the last several months, we’ve been giving away a lovely Forest & Gold Suit For Men and a matching Forest & Gold Suit & Skirt For Ladies. We felt that offering one of our outfits as a gift was a way to let people get an idea of the kind of things we have on offer, and a fun thing to do. On the whole, I’d say it’s worked out quite well - we’ve gotten some wonderful compliments and rave reviews, as well as given away thousands of outfits.

But we’re putting the Forest & Gold outfits away for a while, and replacing them with two new items. Both have been popular items in the shoppe for some time, and both of them are favorites that BlakOpal and Trilo still wear. A fantastically detailed outfit covered with wonderful peacock feathers and patterned fabrics. The jacket has contrasting shoulder and cuff detailing, and a feathered front opening. The collar is made of standing peacock feathers, and more feathers peek out from the sleeve cuffs, these complement the long feathered coattails that flow as you walk. The long vest has a two-toned peacock patterned fabric, held in front with a series of silver and gem buttons wrapped with cord. The vest is paired with a white shirt that features a high collar, wrapped around the neck with a lace scarf, caught at the front with a silver and gem pin. The pants are detailed with the same fabric as the details on the jacket, and laced down the sides with grommets and cord. The pants come in flare and boot-cut versions.
